He began his career in sports in 2001 as an aspiring young entrepreneur, and now represents some of the most elite athletes digital brands. While attaining his BBA in Finance he was able to accelerate the growth of his company by securing exclusive partnerships with leading technology companies worldwide. Since that time, he and his partners have continued to lead the way in developing innovative and pioneering digital brand initiatives for athletes such as Super Bowl MVP's Ray Lewis, Hines Ward and Santonio Holmes.

| Tim Drain |
Dr. Tim Drain is the Athletic Director at Tyler Junior College. He received his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 1991, his Master's in Kinesiology in 1992, and Ph.D. in Educational Administration in 1998, all from Texas A&M University. After serving as the Assistant Men's Tennis coach at Texas A&M, Drain was named Head Tennis Coach/Physical Education Teacher at Corpus Christi King High School. In 1994, he returned to Texas A&M, where he became the Assistant Women's Tennis Coach. Drain was named Assistant Athletic Director at Tyler Junior College in August 1999, and became the school's 4th Athletic Director since 1946 on September 1, 2002. Tyler Junior College, a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association, has a proud athletic history. TJC has won 38 National Championships and numerous conference titles. They have finished in the top 18 of the NATYCAA Cup every year since its inception 5 years ago. The Athletic Department features eleven athletic teams and a full Athletic Training program, featuring four licensed athletic trainers and 15 student trainers. Drain oversees nearly 300 athletes in "varsity" sports and has a total staff of 25 people. TJC is also the proud host of numerous NJCAA National Championships, including Division 1 Men's Soccer from 2000-2007 and 2010, Division 1 Women's Soccer in 2009, and D3 Baseball World Series from 2007 until at least 2012. Drain is the NJCAA Region 14 Women's Director and a member of NACDA and NATYCAA. He is a graduate of Leadership Tyler, a member of SporTyler, and was on the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2007-2009. He and his wife Holly (Class '92) have two boys - Peyton and Nathan. |
| Chanda Lawdermilk |
Chanda Lawdermilk just completed her third season with the Astros organization. In her current role, Chanda is responsible for managing the recruiting and hiring efforts for the front office staff. She is also charged with developing and maintaining the Internship Program. Being a former intern in the Tour department, Chanda strives to make the experience memorable and valuable for each intern that participates in the program.
Chanda graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Speech Communication and a Minor is Psychology. In 2004, Chanda made the move to Houston where she began recruiting in the Oil & Gas industry. The next 2 ½ years were spent pouring through thousands of resumes and conducting hundreds of interviews. While she enjoyed her work, Chanda never lost sight of her goal to work in baseball and made a point to keep in touch with the organization through contacts she developed during the internship program. In 2007 those efforts paid off when she was invited to re-join the club in the HR department.
Chanda grew up in Big Spring, TX. Her and her husband, Jeff, currently live in Houston.

| Alison Treadaway |
Alison started her health and fitness career as a 2003 Texas A&M University graduate, holding a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Management. Directly prior to TELOS, she interned at the Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center which opened the door to her career at TELOS. She started working with TELOS in December of 2003 in the Sales and Marketing Department. Seven months after her start, she was promoted to Program Director and held that position for almost 4 years. As Program Director, she oversaw all Internal Marketing for events and activities; focusing on Member involvement and retention. Over those four years, she also managed two profit centers for TELOS, the Massage and Therapy Department, and the Tanning Department.
She was featured with Brent Darden in Club Success Magazine among being a Guest Presenter at Texas A&M Universities Sport Business Forum (2007) and the University of Texas' Kinesiology Club. She also coordinated many awards for TELOS, such as; Fitness Management Magazine's Nova 7 for Best Innovation for Management and Operations Award and Community Outreach Award, Greater Dallas Business Ethics Award, and Dallas Business Journal's Best Places to Work in Dallas Award. In 2008, with the arrival of her first child, she transitioned to a part time role as TEAM Coordinator where she acted as the Human Resources Coordinator focusing on making TELOS Fitness Center one of the top places of employment in Dallas. Since January 2009, Alison has worked as an Independent Consultant for TELOS on various special projects.

| Glenda Morrison |
Glenda Morrison has been an employee of The McNair Group since 1993 and of the Houston Texans since the club’s inception in 1999. She has performed various roles in the finance and administrative areas and has been responsible for all human resources functions since 1999. As the current director of human resources, Morrison is responsible for all employment, employee relations and employee benefits administration for The McNair Group and front office Texans staff, as well as being the club representative for the administration of several Texans player benefit programs. Morrison received her business degree from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. She holds a Professional Human Resources certification, is a member of the Mental Health America of Greater Houston’s Parity Task Force and is an active volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Morrison and her husband, Ken, live in Houston and have one daughter, Haylee. |
| Charlie Lima |
Charlie Lima is a former Sport Management graduate, class of ’04 and still resides in the Bryan/College Station area where he owns two personal training studios (Train With Charlie Fitness Studio and College Station CrossFit). Charlie became a certified personal trainer in college while attending Texas A&M and decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry because it is something that he feels extremely passionate about. He published his own book in 2008 called You Can Be Fit: Charlie’s 7 Easy Fitness Strategies for Taking Back Your Life Right now. He is married to Alicia Lima and they have a pet Maltiz named Peanut Butter |
| Courtney Gay |
Courtney Gay is in her third season with the Atlanta Braves Community Affairs Department after joining the club in February 2007.
In her role with the Braves, Courtney helps facilitate various aspects of the Braves’ community outreach efforts including coordinating Braves Wives Association activities, managing the team’s D.H. Stanton Elementary partnership, overseeing the Jr. Braves/RBI League presented by Delta, assisting with the planning and execution of Atlanta Braves Foundation fundraisers and events, and developing partnerships with community organizations. In addition, she works closely with the Braves Public Relations Department.
Courtney previously served as the Community Relations Manager for the Fort Worth Flyers of the NBA Development League. Prior to joining the Flyers, Courtney interned with the Player and Employee Development Department at the National Football League (NFL) headquarters in New York. A native of Houston, Texas, Courtney earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Sport Management from Texas A&M University.
Courtney is the corresponding secretary of the National Association of Black Sports Professionals (NABSP) Atlanta Chapter, serves on the Atlanta Urban League Young Professionals (AULYP) Personal & Professional Development Committee, and participates in the Georgia Center for Nonprofits Atlanta Nonprofit Professionals. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
A passionate sports fan, Courtney also enjoys reading, writing and traveling.

| Charles Smith |
Charles Smith joined the Tyler Junior College staff in August 2005, as an intern from the Texas A&M Sport Management program and was named Assistant Director of Intercollegiate Athletics in May 2006. Charles earned an Associate degree in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with emphasis in Sport Management from Texas A&M University. He is currently taking classes from American Military University toward a Master of Science in Sports Management.
Charles also has been an Operations Manager for the 307th RED HORSE Squadron in the Air Force Reserves since July 2001. He completed his first deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (Oct 07 - Apr 08) in Spring 2008, where he earned the Army Commendation Medal while stationed at Al Asad Air Base in Iraq. He currently holds the rank of Technical Sergeant and is the squadron's Unit Fitness Monitor, as well as, assists in the planning and organization of Field Training Exercises.

| Andrew Singer |
Andrew Singer graduated from the Sport Management program at Texas A&M University where he gained valuable industry experience at a young age. Andrew served as Vice President of the Sport Marketing Association, and Assistant Director to the Aggie Classic as a student which led to full time internships with Reliant Energy and NFL sports agency AthletesFirst. At Reliant Energy Andrew oversaw sponsorship and event activation with sports franchises: the Houston Texans, Houston Astros, Texas Ranger, Corpus Christi Hooks and other minor league teams. Andrew finished his degree interning at the super-agency AthletesFirst where he assisted in all assets of athlete representation such as: marketing endorsements, charity events and fundraising, contract negotiations, athlete recruiting, and client services for high profile NFL athletes. Andrew currently works for the Houston Dynamo in the sponsorship department. As the Sr. Client Services Coordinator he oversees sponsorship activation, event planning, and TV broadcast relationships for the local Major League Soccer team.
